It's BACK for the sixth year in a row! Festival of Lights: the epic Hanukkah Yarn Box is now available for pre-order.
The theme of this year's box is "treasured memories". Whether it's creating, remembering, or reliving them, Hanukkah offers an opportunity for families and loved ones to come together and celebrate miracles.
The yarn colorway created for this year's Festival of Lights box is "Melted Miracles". Its base is an antiqued cream color with splashes of blue, green, yellow, orange, red, and purple and is inspired by the colorful wax remnants on our menorahs.
Choose your favorite yarn weight! For the first time, you can choose the yarn weight you'd like to have in your box AND the quantity of yarn you'd like as well. Each box includes 2 skeins of your desired yarn weight and you can opt to add additional skeins in any of the weights. Since there are dozens of yarn quantities available to you, there is not a specific pattern provided with the set this year. However, you will have a credit to use at my online shop to put towards a pattern of your choosing.

This year, we're going to have a 2-session Festival of Lights Zoom MAL (Make-Along) on Tuesday December 8 and December 15th from 8-9 pm EST.
Hanukkah is December 4-12 this year, and the Festival of Lights Boxes are expected to ship out in the beginning/middle of November to avoid holiday shipping delays.
* All of the edible treats in the box are certified Kosher.
A portion of the proceeds from the sales of the Festival of Lights boxes will be donated to Magen David Adom, Israel's EMS organization.
A quick guide to yarn quantities:
2 Skeins of fingering weight will make either:
A medium sized shawl or wrap, a lacy ponchette, a scarf, two hats, two pairs of socks.
2 skeins of DK weight will make either:
A shawlette, hat and mittens set, a scarf, a baby vest.
2 skeins of worsted weight will make either:
A shawlette, hat and mittens set, a scarf, a small children's poncho, a 12 month baby sweater.
